Membership Appreciation Day - January 19, 2013

SGC would like to thank all the members who joined us for the Membership Appreciation Day Shoot held on Saturday, January 19th.  We were very excited by the high attendance of participants who came out for our first membership appreciation day.  All the recent rain meant a last minute change to the shooting schedule but everyone still got a variety of events including trap, wobble trap, skeet and 5 stand.    Lunch included homemade soups, cornbread and desserts.   We hope that you all enjoyed meeting other SGC members and experiencing some of the variety that we offer in shotgun sports.  The top three shooters were Kevin Stephens with a 92, Dick O'Brien with an 86, and David Crow with a 84.  Winners can pick up the shells they won at the SGC clubhouse.

Remember to keep an eye on the calendar for upcoming events and don't forget to join us at the annual membership meeting coming up soon.  We've had a great start to 2013 and the SGC Board and staff look forward to making it an exciting year for everyone.
